PANO will hold a Special Meeting to vote for the next 2ⁿᵈ Vice-President to fill the remainder term that will end on May 31, 2030.
The following PANO Members have qualified to seek this position:
MAGGIE DARLING
ANDREW WIEDMAN
The election will be by secret ballot vote of the majority (50% plus 1) of the voting members in attendance at any special meeting called for the purpose of filling any such vacancy.
Any PANO Member in good standing will be eligible to vote as set forth in Article VI. Section 2, Paragraph B of the Bylaws.
PANO members in good standing must be a member of PANO since (May 12, 2026)
